my mom is evicting her tenant and her tenant went on a website called craigslist and listed my moms name and her phonenumber for a sex add and i would like to knw who i cancontact to get this girl in trouble.

From watching hundreds of episodes of Judge Judy and Judge Milian, you need to document it and prove that she's the one who did it. Of course she'd deny it,and Craigslist probably wouldn't help much to give you the id info of who placed the ad without a subpoena.
I've seen Judy convinced that the defendant was the one who posted nasty stuff, keyed cars, egged cars, vandalized property, etc. when it was clear that the defendant had some reasons s/he might be angry and want to do something. Witnesses would help.
I'm talking small claims court in your distric, if you think you could prove she did it. Other than that, Craigslist is just like an open bulletin board. You can see if they have a place to submit complaints, but since it's a free site for ads, I doubt they're a full-service website.

You can flag the ad on craigslist and contact the administrators to have it removed. I would also contact the police if this woman is posting you mom's name and phone number. You may also have to change the phone number. Good luck.

It would be worth mentioning in court if she is fighting the eviction.
