I have a garden full of turnips. They cost $3/lb in the store. I don't know if anyone buys them. I thought maybe my horses or cows would like them......they don't.

Why don't you eat them then?

Turnips are rather healthy and can be used in a variety of salads and other great recipes.

If not though, maybe decomposing it into a fertalizer for making better crops would be a good option.

Try cutting the turnips into smaller pieces and see if the cows will eat them then. Cows normally love turnips.
