when you don't have blood coming out anymore and you're sure that there's none left inside. technically you can have sex during your period if you can deal with the ick factor of all the blood.

Once you stop bleeding I would wait atleast a day or two. Because there have been times I did not bleed allday and then that night I had sex and there was blood after. It normally is not that much if any. However if it is a guy who does not like that then I would wait a day or two.

Every girl is different. You will just have to figure out what's right for you. The cervix needs to close up again when the period stops. In some girls this happens quickly, and in some it takes a few days.

As soon as the blood clears up. But in a desperate moment, I can admit to having sex during my period. When you gotta, you gotta. Just lay a towel down.
