How about "I could be more assertive", which could mean your you think before you speak, "Some people say I'm TOO nice", which could mean your easy to get along with, "I like to ask a lot of questions" which could mean your willing to learn.
Things that are positive weaknesses.

I try to make 2 of the 3 a positive thing, e.g. You find it difficult to say no to people and sometimes end up doing more work and things that arent necessarily within your job spec.

You work too quickly to get things done and although you are accurate you find yourself with nothing to do with the latter part of the day...

Spelling for starters. Depends on what the job is...mention something that you are weak in but that will not affect your job, or something that you are so-so in so it looks like it's not all that weak.....but honesty is the best way to go when it comes to a job interview....they'll eventually find out.

Yup, spelling is weak...
But I'd say your greatest weakness is an inability to be honest about yourself, possibly even to yourself.
If someone is asking this question, they are going to care that you think carefully about the answer.
A decent answer, revealing that you are aware of your limitations, makes you look like a better person than someone who thinks they have no weaknesses.
There is no one weaker than the person who does not know their limitations.

i cant think for myself i have to ask on yahoo?!?! lol!
