someone inputs it for me and its quite irritating if the person is not there and i need to use. dont tell me about the administrator account because it's blocked as well as the guest account. help please?

The big question that needs to be answered is: Why is someone inputting a password for you? If you are using their computer, then, obviously, they either don't know how or are unwilling to give you your own password. If it is for work, then, presumably, your account has not been set up, yet, so, you'll just have to be patient (at one such job, I had to wait TWO WEEKS for the horrendously inefficient system administrators to get me up and running!).

Don't ask strangers for "back doors", because it may lead to your losing a friend, co-worker, or job!

If I were you, I would first try booting in safe mode and see what you can do. If that yields no results, you could try a Linux distribution called ophcrack. IT runs on a live cd that you boot off of and can be used to obtain window's password hashes. search for it.
