A lot of people don't trust new accounts. Answer some of the questions from a person you want as a contact and email that person asking if you can make contact. Too many new accounts are for people who are getting others in trouble.
Just answer questions the best you can and you will learn as you go.

Well, I know there is a problem at first getting best answers but hang in there and take heart that once people get to know you and you stay consistent with your answers then it will come because that is how it came with me . Develop a repoire with your contacts and friends does not hurt.

first,you have to acquire some contacts,then just keep answering[more than a couple of words]
don't worry,we all didn't get many best answers when we first came here!:)

tell them to cheer up.
people might not take an interest in the questions they are posting and maybe they should answer other peoples questions regularly too.
