Well....I have somehow reached the age of 30 without learning to drive....so I walk everywhere I can. My work is a 10-15 minute walk from home....and the centre of town is probably another 10 minutes from where I work. I can't remember the last time I took "vigourous" or "strenuous" exercise, though.

You know you can lose weight by laughing...seriously. Is it exercise to get up from your computer desk to the kitchen? And Wal-Mart that is exercise because its soooo big. I take short walks around my neighborhood as I broke my leg a year ago and can't handle much more than that. But I haven't gained any weight because of it...so go figure.

An hour a day keeps the doctor a way. You're supposed to exericse an hour a day. I jog, and play softball, soccer, tennis, and lacrosse. Also, if you are older you should lift weights or do weight training, the average adult loses half a pound of muscle each year and doesn't even lose that weight, it just turns into fat which is soo unhealthy. Weight train to slim down rather than bulk up!

my job is quite active. I don't sit down all day in work. I either pick customer orders or pack them. So i think that is quite good exercise as i am lifting, bending and physically walking around. I used to have a job in a office and I put on loads of weight because i was sat down not moving all day.

I horse ride a few times a week, run round after the kids, take the stairs instead of the lift at work. I don't do nearly enough though, I am not as fit as I would like. I'm thinking of taking up yoga in the near future.

I go to the gym a couple of times per week. I usually do some lifting and some running on the treadmill.

Walking. I like long walks although they have been few and far between lately - I last did a 16 mile walk in September, I think.
