White blood cells in urine? what does it mean?

I took an at home azo uti test and it showed positive for white blood cells and negative for nitrites. I have no symptoms at all!! just took it for courisoity

The white blood cells in the urine means that you probably have a urinary tract infection going on. The only way to find out for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
