It depends, if I am in a situation where I may get in to some trouble and they are looking out for my best interest or what. If they are being rude then I will talk but if they have a point to make I will let them speak or if I am in a situation where I might get in trouble I will shut up. I am not stupid. I trust my friends and my intuition.

It depends on who said it and what I am trying to get across to them.
If it is my daughter and we are joking around, I would. If I am trying to tell her something important I would keep talking, though it probably wouldn't do much good.
