Why there is a Queen that do a reign in the United Kingdom? The country stay and is in the past? Why?

Because she's a positive role model and the Royal family has done a lot more for their country than the useless politicians.

If you consider how long Europe has been able to maintain a viable and prosperous (though not without occasional problems) nation, maybe we should all take a second look at why it DOES work.

it is tradition and we have had monarchs for nearly 2000 years. also there are still a few countries that still have a monarch

also the question doesn't really make any sense
