About 6 weeks ago on my mother. She rang up in a temper and demanded to know why I'd phoned her at such a bad time.
I pointed out it was in fact HER who had rung ME at a bad time, she disputed this, and it was turning into a Monty Python sketch so I hung up.

It was about a year ago. I used to work in customer services for a utility company, and a lady's electricity got turned off because she hadn't paid her bill in about 3 months. She told me that I was a sinner and that I was going to burn in the fiery pits of hell. I hung up. Sheesh! Like I had any control over anything. I was just a peon answering the phone!

A few weeks ago. I hate it when someone calls you and then starts talking to someone else. drives me nuts! So I hung up. Call back when you have time to talk.

A month ago, someone called and said they were conducting a poll. I said I don't participate in polls, and I wasn't interested. He just continued...I said "Have a nice day", and hung up!

A few weeks ago I hung up on a driver who was threatening me. Then I called his boss and had him fired.
