I don't think there is any such car maintenance fluid called blinker fluid. There is brake fluid, rear differential fluid, oil, trans fluid, gas, and maybe a couple of others, but not blinker fluid.

what exactly is blinker fluid??
i've never heard of blinker fluid... lol
if you are referring to one of your turn signals that has gone out, you simply buy a new bulb... at any auto parts store (kragen, pep boys, auto zone, etc...)

It is only available at auto parts stores, so don't confuse the poor clerk at Wal-Mart. It is on the shelf next to the lube for the dual dipstick muffler bearings.
