I got the Depo shot about two weeks ago. Since then I have felt like I am on the verge of freaking out every time someone makes me even a tiny bit upset. I'm usually a very calm person. These last few weeks I have been crazy though. Did anyone else have this problem? How long did it last?

Some women have actually become almost psychotic on this shot. An Ex-boss of my husband ended up getting divorced because this happened to his wife. My Ex-roommate did also. She also had weight gain (60 pounds). I gained 30 pounds on it and became more irritable. I had to go on the pill after I came off the shot to help regulate my hormones.

YES! I don't know how old you are, and it may be worse for someone in their thirties, but I developed some serious issues taking this shot. Chief among them was the weight gain and the complications arising from that (high blood pressure).
If you have any other alternative to birth control, I would recommend doing something else besides Depo.
