SCAM.

Never pay anything upfront for a personal loan.

If you are dealing with some who has a generic email address (Yahoo!, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) you are dealing with a scammer who is probably sitting in an internet cafe in West Africa.

Look in the mirror. I'm betting you see the word "sucker" tattooed on your forehead!

No legitimate loan company asks you to pay up front to loan them money. If you pay these scam artists, you'll be out your money and never see a dime from them.

Head to your local bank for a legitimate loan.
