It actually was my birthday yesterday ha ha!
And I spent it with a headcold in bed all day yesterday with a hot water bottle.
I wanted to be out with my friends celebrating my birthday.
No...sadly it did not turn out the way I expected it to... lol!

Yes, I know mine would be very boring! My boyfriend took me out to dinner so that was about the only thing I did.

Yes-- I read myself to sleep, as I had promised.
No-- the kids didn't come knocking, leaving me with all the leftover sweets that have been flirting at me all day from across the room :(

All in all it was pretty awesome! We had a ton of kids show up and it would have been better if my boyfriend would have got to be with me all night long but he had to work. =(
