I like it (well as long as the guy isn't weirdly older than me...). It makes me feel....appreciated. I don't even want to try to guess what goes on in the male mind.
I don't usually wink at random guys. When I wink, I think he's cute or funny.

Only if you can wink with finesse and not look like you got a bug in your eye. Then I think it can be anything from cute to melt your innards sexy.
Wish I could wink, but end up looking like I have a tic, so I don't do it.

I have a friend who does that to me a lot and i think it's cute since today people don't do it often.
