ATM is terrible. If you are wanting to play good online multi, then you should go with Live. It may cost a little, but you get what you pay for.

I'm pretty sure that the PS3 online is just as good as the Xbox 360. Although I do have a PS3 and I have 2 games that are playable online ( Resistance Fall of Man and Motorstorm) I do not play them online. I'm more of a single player gamer.
All of PS3 games are not playable online. The PS3 isn't really a massively online game machine like the 360 is though. Most of the best PS3 games are single player games and don't need online gameplay.

ATM its not AS good online as Xbox live, But most of Xbox live is junk anyway. Although im MORE than happy with Ps3 online.
And I've not come across a Ps3 game that ISN'T online.
And btw the Ps3 is free to play online =]

ps3 online is better, because it's FREE and HOME is also coming out soon . i play rainbow 6: vegas online on my PS3 and there isn't any lag and it connects fast, same thing for resistance and MOTORSTORM
