It means the use confusing language to conceal the truth. I guess as long as they are not referring to something I said, it would be OK

It always pays to increase our vocabulary so I like all the words in the English language! Your question is an example of obfuscation! It is hard to understand or comprehend what you mean when you ask. "And how would you feel if someone used the word in a letter to you?" How am I supposed to feel???
