Most people experience deja vu but deja vu is also recognized as being part of a group of symptoms experienced by people with neuropsychiatric illnesses (such as multiple personality disorder and schizophrenia) and epilepsy. The deja vu experienced by people with neuropsychiatric illnesses is not qualitatively different from that experienced by normal, healthy people except that the deja vu episode may last longer.

Yes, because Dejavu is something in a dream you think will happen or remember. This means your thinking about it because it just happened. Thus something that just happened will not always end normaly. (You don't 4see the future)
