These are two entirely different questions, and are based on HUGE and unfair generalizations.
Yes, as a white American female, I do like Hispanic males, among many other races. I like the ones I like because they are individuals, not because of some idea that Hispanics are sexy or better lovers or whatever.
I don't know which braless girls you are referring to - few women I know go braless in public. In the privacy of your own home, it is sometimes more comfortable to go without.

Yes. Liking someone depends on bonding with the person. If you get a chance you can even fall in love. Race, Religion and physical appearances are shallow feelings once we get past those then process of love and affection starts working.

Because Mexicans have that Sexy Latino Swag and deep sensitive eyes and the way they dress - TOUGH yet cool and sexy and those abs!!!!! And that is why we "American" girls wear tank tops without bras...So they can see how excited they make us!
