Hello!
Well, one time, me, my family and friends acted out the nativity, kind of like a play, we got into costumes and even had someone play background music, it was really fun! And then we had a huge dinner and played another game. I think it was charades, but we used a white board and wipe off markers and took turns drawing clues about what we were thinking and it was all about christmas. I hope this helps!

Why don't you play a Christian version of Charades or Win, Lose, or Draw. All of the subjects should be Christian Christmas movies or songs. Granted they don't necessarily have to be Christian, but a theme sometimes works. Ooo, well it isn't religious, but how about a huge game of hide and seek. We can still be kids again! Here is another:
Guess Whose Resolution
Give a piece of white paper to each of your guest and ask them to write a resolution (you can do more resolutions but with 20 people that may take a while). Collect all the paper slips and place them in a small basket. Now call the guests one by one and make them take out a chit and read loud the resolutions written on them. Next ask all the other guests to make a guess as to who could have written the resolution. When all the chits are read out, calculate who made the maximum number of right guesses and give that person a nice and elegant Christmas present.

i would say you just have a discussion about salvation and why Jesus came to earth and how you can receive it etc.
but thats me.
otherwise I would say if you have 20 people you can come up with something better than just playing games...
in the end after you done all of that,
you can have a game where all the 20 people can write on a piece of paper of what they could do on earth if they had 20 people to their disposal. what good can they do on christmas... maybe help some other people just like Jesus would?

one year for Christmas my family came over and we all played sharades. (how ever you spell that, haha)
It's a game where you make motions with your hands and people try to guess what you are. (Example would be a cow you may get down on your hands and knees and eat grass haha)
It's a fun game and you get a good laugh out of it! =]
