I work at Wal-Mart, and I was kind of shocked when they started to send our Christmas trees and one of them happened to be pink. I personally would never spend money on a pink tree, but people that work with me said that they loved the idea. So my question is, would you ever consider buying a pink tree or prefer the traditional green tree? How would you decorate a pink Christmas tree anyways? Hmm...

It's all about location and purpose. For the family Christmas tree, of course I'd want to go with the traditional green tree. But maybe for a little girl's room or something, a pink tree would be perfect. As far as decorations, I think silver, white, black, and maybe another shade of pink ornaments would make it look great.

No I wouldn't buy a pink tree. Pink is a Victorian Christmas color but even if I was decorating in that theme. I would use a traditional green tree.

My husband owns a restaurant and every year I go in and decorate a tree that is "different" than usual ones. I would LOVE to get a pink tree for that. In my home, I like a white one because we put it in the formal living room--which is decorated in white and gold.

Last year I put up a blue tree in the restaurant and people loved it. I may consider going pink this year...

I LOVE the new Pink, Red, Blue and even Black Christmas trees. HOWEVER (lol), I want a traditional one in my living room. Maybe a unique themed Tree in a spare bedroom for guests or the den or children's bedroom, but still, most of those trees are HUGE 7 to 8 feet and would take up too much room in a guest/children's room.

No. Never. I don't like pink. But I MIGHT consider buying a colored Christmas tree if I found a color I DID like. Odds are I'll be sticking to the traditional green, though. I like REAL trees, and they don't have pink ones.

Maybe if I owned a store it would be cute, but for my home I would want a traditional green one. I've actually seen pink feather christmas trees, and they seem to be selling well.

well my mom would because then she could decorate with a bunch of her barbie like ornaments on it...she has a whole collection of them. I remember last christmas we couldn't find a big pink tree, so we used two green trees...one for the barbies ornaments and one for the normal/homemade ornaments.

A big green tree to display is normal.
But for my room a little pink tree would be cute.

I, too, work at Wal-Mart and actually think that the tree is pretty. The decorations on ours are silver and while and it is very pretty.

Also, alot of breast cancer survivors buy these trees from our store.
