Seriously, the first poster has the right general idea. Where are you stuck? Simply handing you the answers would be cheating. Also, if the symbol at the front identifies the element of which this is an ion, then you're practically done. If, instead, that's merely the VIII (noble gas) at the end of the row, you simply need to count the electrons to get the atomic number, no?
