because they have a low self esteem, and probably they think that they are not sexy enough

First of all not all of them are silicone. Some are saline. Second of all it has nothing to do with femininity. I can't answer to size, but some women do it to improve their lift. When a woman has children, with each pregnancy they sag a little more, especially if they are large anyway. Some women get it done to lift up and fill back up what they had when they were younger. I am sorry, but when you are still young and attractive and you work out regularly and the only problem that you have is a couple of tube socks with tennis balls in the ends that hang to your belly. Why not? Especially if you can afford it. It makes you feel better.

First, I believe you mean siliCONE. Silicon is basically SAND. It's used, among other things, in semi-conductors and microchips.
Second, most implants now are SALINE, since the Dow Corning lawsuit alleging silicone leakage being linked with various health problems.
Third, it depends on the woman. Some have had mastectomies and want to restore some of what they understandably feel they've lost. Some are professionals in "adult" entertainment and do it specifically so that they'll earn more money. Apparently they do get better paid, so some men do seem to appreciate this, for whatever the opinions of men who go to strip clubs is worth. Some women want a boost of confidence or to reduce natural effects of aging. Lots of reasons.
That said, I am a big admirer of all-natural and I don't think any woman should feel pressured to have risky surgery for appearances sake. But I also don't think we should presume to lecture them about their decisions.

In Hollywood, alot of women do it for career reasons. Men get pectoral implants in Hollywood, too. I also think that some women do feel insecure about their bodies and want to live up to the ideal of what they feel their body should look like.
I think some men do appreciate the "artificial effort." That is why women do it. If men didn't appreciate it, then it probably would not happen near as often as it does.

Anyone who thinks women with large bra sizes are everything in life and women with small bra sizes are nothing losers.
Let me put this way, if acceptable guys had a choice between a dip$hit working part time at minimum wage for a few hours only then becoming full time at high wages at 40 hours or sometimes more because she either became a $lut who slept with men of power and/or got people in trouble through her psychopathy nature and a smart, intelligent, high I.Q. level ballerina who is so acceptable with a small bra size then all those accpetable guys would choose the smart, intelligent, high I.Q. level ballerina.

It could be hard sometimes to understand why people go for plastic surgery (it could be a breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, laser, etc.) but what we need to understand is that is a personal choice, many times moved by a wish of having a better self image, sometimes for other reasons. Here you can read more about the phycological aspects of plastic surgery http://www.aestheticandplastic.com/before-your-surgery/psychological-aspects.html
All the best!

Because men are attracted to full breasts, derrr. It's a definite attention getter. And because of our deficit in good family values, social morals, and available support services/systems for our youth, our young women are resorting to trying to enhance they're physicality's in order to try to find a man that will hopefully give them the love that he doesn't even possess. Our world is real screwed people! What are we going to do?

I've pondered about doing this and I'll tell you I want it b/c I'm pretty darn happy about everything about myself minus this one area that affects my self-esteem. I'm a confident person and it doesn't eat me alive or anything but I'd love to get a bit bigger.
Really, it's all relative, you hair color and put on makeup to feel better about yourself and exercise to improve your life, I say why not. It's when you're heading to the surgeon for every 'flaw' is a problem.

That's because big breasts are currently in style. What are these women going to do when large size breasts go out of style again?

Theres so many reasons, if they want to be a glamour model, or be sexier, or have a bigger bust. But not all women get them.

For different reasons...but I love my small boobs. Even if no one else does. And bigger boobs doesn't make a woman any more womanly than one that has smaller ones!
