Vector problem.

First, find horizontal and vertical velocities.

Horizontal =Vh= 100m/s *cos (theta)
Vertical = Vv= 100m/sec *sin (theta)

How high
d=1/2 Vv^2/g

How long in the air = How long up +how long down
Tup = Vv/g
Tdown = sqrt(2*Ddown/g)

Ddown = How High +50 m = 50+1/2 Vv^2/g

Tdown =sqrt (2[50m/g+1/2(Vv/g)^2)

Dhorizon= Vh/(Tup+Tdown)
