At Walmart they sell these AMAZING decals. A girl at work had one on and it looked so awesome, like henna tattoos but black. Right near the fake eyelashes.
Anyway it kinda looked like butterfly wings but they had several different types.
Black thick eyeliner and really red lipstick should do it.

i was just this for halloween. I just did thick black eyeliner on the tops and bottoms of my eyes with a little sparkle. and my hair is really short so i just did two little piggtails for that innocent but playful look and of courses the halo tilted off the side of the head. but have fun with it, dont be afraid to go all out!
