try n calm ur mind..and think of happy memories..the best place would be sumwhere quiet, close to nature with mayb musik on :)

it even helps if you r with a person who understands your situation, they can giv u advice..makin ur feel better..

This will sound really weird, but QUACK!! I just read in a magazine where you use the same muscles in your face to smile as you do to say the word quack. I tried it on a coworker and he started laughing, pretty soon everyone was quacking like a duck and laughing. Now it's become the office joke. Try it, it makes you laugh and will put you in a good mood. Told you it was weird!!

I actual have a coworker who complains each and daily approximately each little thing, I have been given yelled at two times by using purchasers, I actual produce different co workers who nag me on a daily basis, my boss isn't right here to look after issues so i'm doing his interest & mine, my son is residing house ill & bored. i go hang out with my best friend.she's a goof and always cheers me up.or i just go home and sleep the rest of the day away.but sometimes if i have so many things to do i dont feel better till i get them out of the way.

I try to think good thoughts. "Sometimes" being around others helps, sometimes not. Always remember, its not the end of the world, tomorrows another day.
