-cottage cheese and pineapple
-chicken/beef/fish (be careful of certain kinds when pregnant)
-tofu chili - yummy
-Yogurt - you can add plain tofu to yogurt for extra protein, and you won't even taste it.
-red meat - bison, beef and lamb are great choices. Try to avoid really fatty meats like pork, sausage or any processed
-turkey/swiss cheese sandwiches
-3 or 5 bean salads (make yourself or buy at grocery store)
-edamame beans are delicious, with a bit of salt. You are getting a lot of protein, AND it's a green veggie. Perfect.
-drink milk. Regular and soy milk if you like it.
-eat lots of eggs (mostly the whites - I eat 1 in 5 egg yolks)With oatmeal, in sandwhichs, etc
-MY fave: spinach salad with almonds and/or walnuts (lots of protein) goat cheese, strawberries, tiny bit of red onion and a low fat, low sugar raspberry vinagrette.

YUMMY. GOOD LUCK

I had a lot of peanut butter toast. Whole wheat is better for you though. Try something like a chicken salad for lunch or something with beans (don't worry about the gas) and remember that those are just guidelines to help you. If it becomes a real problem, your doctor can suggest a supplement to help.

I've actually grown my own apples, pears, strawberries, figs and grapes over the years. And tomatoes, if you want to be strict and call them a fruit. Someday, I hope to have some space to do so again. I've also had fresh-picked oranges and several varieties of berry.
