well if you are alotted a 30 minute break per day, like me, and it takes you 5 minutes to smoke one cigarette, and you can eat lunch while you work rather than take a break to do it, then you get 6 breaks. But QUIT SMOKING!

for every four hours you work you need a break. so for you i would say one 30 minute break and one 15 minute break
