I don't know if anyone realizes that to squish something that is three inches high is very gross.
I would put a tissue on his head and use him to clean my ears.

I'm not sure piss in a jar and drop him in, get a cat and let him be the toy, use him as a pin cushion, Using a grater grate him up slightly then roll him in salt and dip him in lemon juice or vinegar. Really what ever you do make it last for all the crap they put you through. But really I'm not sure but if you keep asking this question everyday time to get some serious help. No one on here is going to help you get over abuse talking to a professional is the only way.
Also Prayer can work miracles.
Best Wishes and May God Bless You.

I am a man who, when I was in 9th grade, got bullied. We're talking the type of bullying that includes threats of physical harm and death, let alone the actual hitting, humiliating, and pushing around. I was literally terrorized. During that period in my life, I often fantasized about revenge, about inflicting harm upon my bullies. I was truly in a position of weakness and powerlessness.
Same for you, right? You're dreaming of a magical event that would allow you to exact revenge, without fear of consequences. Your fantasy involves total physical domination over your abusive ex, thanks to the size differential. In that regard, your fantasy isn't much different from what mine were.
When I grew up, tested myself physically, and grew into a sense of self-confidence, my fantasies of revenge disappeared. I hope that you too can find a place of safety where you can grow into a personal sense of self-confidence. Revenge fantasies are fun to think about, but they grow from a sense of powerless rage. When you feel like a powerful person, and when your anger goes away, your revenge fantasies will go away with them, and you will have peace. May that peace come to you sooner rather than later!

I would feel the urge to step on him and kick him around as he had done to me in the past.
I would say to him "how does it feel to be as small as you made me feel"..then I would leave shutting off the bedroom light, and door, with the dog still in there LOL
