I do believe they have given the Super Bowl win to the AFC already, but you never know in the big game. Remember when the Pat's won their first against the favorite Ram's. I am a Cowboy's fan but I am just wanting them to win a playoff game for now and hope they go all the way. But I am not calling it yet, so Cowboy haters don't think that I am saying they are going all the way.

Here's the funny thing.. Yes the two best teams are playing each other, but it doesn't even matter. I don't know why all the hype and why everyone cares about this game right now because we all know that they will be playing in the playoffs again and that's the only time it will matter. It's just like when the Cowboys and 49ers played for years in the NFC championship game and the regular season. We all knew the first game didn't matter, only the second one decided the real winner. ESPN just does it to hype something up and to find something to talk about.

Think of it like the NBA
the afc is the western confrence
the nfc is the eastern confrence
everyone talks about the western confrence.
even if its gossip and doesnt relate to the game of basketball
the nfc is in a slump now but i think everyone can see that the nfc is coming big and goign to start actually winning important games.
the afc now is field with teams that used to be good. examples. bills, jets, cinci, chiefs and also the broncos.
then the nfc is rebounding your seeing teams that are playing great
lions.giants.packers and cowboys
but overall why should people talk about the NFC win they never win the games their supposed to win. (superbowl)
maybe if giants can do it this year
or even if an nfc team beats the patriots before anyone else does. then maybe their worth talking about.

They've also decided that the Eastern Conference doesn't matter in the NBA. And with over 300 college basketball teams, they do seem to focus an awful lot on North Carolina and Duke.

Im sorry but the best two teams are in the afc. And this so called unimportant game could decide who goes undefeated this year. First time ever two teams meet with an undefeated record this late in the season.

ESPN is a business
everybody who has hopped on the Colts or Pats bandwagons need to get caught up on why this game is important.....that's a lot of business
unfortunately, those of us with other interests suffer because of it

And don't forget that ESPN is also a satellite of the Yankees, too...when they leave the playoffs, the whole campus at Bristol has the flags at half staff..

That's ESPN for ya! The E doesn't stand for entertainment for nothing! They know the important teams YOU should be paying attention too. They know we are all fans of the Colts, NE, Yankees, Red Sox, and so on, why pay attention to the others?

You know how ESPN is about hyping a game. If you are tired of it, then you're not a sports fan.
