Given all of the laws Bush has broken, both domestic and international, is there anywhere he can go to avoid jail after he leaves office? Would Hillary grant him a universal pardon so that he could retire in Crawford, TX, possibly under house arrest?

Except for a few odd balls, the politicians won't even talk impeachment. Though hanging him may be the right thing to do and restore US credibility around the globe, a lot of opinions will need to change before that's on the table for discussion.

If you believe Bush has broken laws then you do not have a full understanding of the Constitution or international law as it pertains to the Geneva Convention.

Read Amendment V of the US constitution and this time notice the exception clearly defined within.

Then state with clarity the foreign governments with which we are at war (uniformed soldiers engaged on the field of battle openly supported by a government) and explain in detail how the Geneva Convention should be in play.

Bush has no worries about prosecution for defending the US. To prosecute him for that imagined "offense" would leave every nation indefensible and no leader worth anything would surrender the right to self-defense to any court.

That's just crazy talk!

hahaha, I am sorry, but what domestic and international laws have been broken? If that is the case, why not try and impeach him now?!? That's right, he's hasn't broken any laws . . . I am sure that he will end up happily in Crawford w/o out the need to leave the country and w/o any pardon from our future president (not likely Hilary).

I doubt it very much.
Does the USA even recognize The International Court?

And good, I hope this was the last time, but I doubt it.

One can only hope. Maybe he can be captured as Adolph Eichman was in South America, and secretly flown out to stand trial for war crimes. All his billions won't save him or Cheney.

What laws has he broken? Do you really believe, given the rabid hatred of the President displayed by the left-wing wackos in the democratic Party, that had they evidence of a crime, it would not have been brought to the fore? President bush is not a criminal. It's too bad that you can't say the same about Billybob Clinton.
