Also when I go over 70 miles the car shakes could it be the tires

could be a loose shock, or bad ball joints.

You have unbalanced or out of round tires, especially on the front of your car and the best place to get them balanced accurately is at a Hunter location

Have a shop check your upper strut mounts for bad bearings/ isolators that create play at the strut mounts.

Most likely tie rod ends if the wheel shakes.

If you can kick the front and back of tire and move it with your foot your tie rod ends are worn.

Could be ball joints if you haven't kept up with greasing them or damaged them somehow.
