Marijuana should be legal, like seriously, its not a hardcore drug like heroin or chrystal meth. Why is smoking legal when weed isnt? its pathetic, the government is just mad they cant tax it.

Well for one plant no you shouldnt be arrested.. but if they found it yes you would be..
Thats the law.. Everyone has their own oppinion on the matter but i do know a person that uses it because they are medicaly ill and it helps them and i dont see a problem with it but they take their chances..

Should you be arrested - no, I don't really see the harm. Would you - yes. If it's a big plant you could be busted as a dealer.

you would but you shouldnt---you got people chowing down on meds that are chemically worse then Ganja but since big corporations them it is okay.

You would and you should. It is currently a violation of federal law to produce, manufacture, posses, or distribute a controlled substance like marijuana, cocaine, meth, speed, heroin, etc.
