I think my roommate kinda hates me, although we go party and eat and stuff sometimes. I live with four other people, and three of us kinda hang out togeather (we went out last night togeather) but I always feel like I'm not wanted there (i'm 20 and they're 24). How can I find out what he thinks of me without just going up to him and saying it?

pay attention to his body language. also, do you always initiate conversation/hanging out/eating? does he seem to go out of his way to ask you if you want to be included? or does he only include you if you overhear or are close by, so it doesn't seem like you're being left out? if you guys do things together, i would think he does not hate you. observing the houses my boyfriend has lived in (diff groups of 5, 6, 7 guys), if one guy doesn't like another, they have no doubt that person doesn't like them.

Honesty is the best policy here. Do a little something extra for him. Ask him to go out just together without your other roomys. Maybe just ask him his opinion of something. People always appreciate it when you think their opinion is valuable. Maybe he can sense you feel he doesn't like you and you know, he could be jealous of you and the time you spend with the other room mates.
