There are a couple of things to consider:
1. Establish respectful rules for everyone to follow when it comes to cleaning up after yourself, use of bathroom, how everyone can help out etc.
2. Work out times for everything taking into consideration each person's schedule. I.e. whoever has to leave first in the morning should be the first to get to use the shower, or whoever takes longest to get ready needs to be the first etc.
3. For the "space" conern, consider going to IKEA and getting great"space saving" furniture at great prices. Loft beds with built in desks underneath the bed and storage options are wonderful for making the most of a reduced appartment with a big family.
But more than anything, understanding and communication should be the key!
Good Luck!

hopefully your family has bunkbeds, as at one time or another you will all get on each others nerves. try to plan time in shared room on a schedule so that you and your siblings will have time by yourselves in room, sharing a room with siblings means that all of you must keep your room clean and neat; not just one of you. hope you can hang in there.

Big garage sale to get rid of all the excess stuff. You ain't gonna have to have room for all the clothes and bric-a-brac.
Everyone is going to have to learn to put everything away immediately.

That's unfortunate. I lived in a townhouse with 3 other people and thought THAT was hard! I would say respect one another's space and privacy.
