A tupperware container with OLD tuna salad in it*. The top of the tuna is covered with greenish blue mold and when I emptied the container, out came a woosh of the mold dust that went up into the air. (I held my breath)
*Remember kids, don't try this at home!

I went and looked as a result of your question and I found this old bone that I had been saving for my dog. It is NASTY. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog now!
Thanks for the question because now I have a clean refrigerator!!

Rice from the chinese food last week was the last thing. We threw it out a few days ago though. Thats the only thing, but sometimes it gets worst.

I keep mine pretty clean for this reason.
I cleaned one out in March of this year, however, helping a relative move, and found tartar sauce with an EXPIRATION of Jan. 2005.

A box of baking soda.
(Sorry. I just moved into a new house, and that's the oldest thing in there).
