I make christmas ornaments and recently wrote an article about How to Make Chubby Gingerbread Man ornaments. They are made from felt and stuffed so that they have chubby bellys and can be scented to your favorite holiday scent. Heres the link and it includes pictures and a free printable pattern. Check them out and see if they might suit your needs. :-)

Fill those clear glass ornaments with potpourri, put the top back on and add a bow and some tiny poinsettias.

I always found it fun to make your own ceramic ornaments. You can get molds to shape and different paint to color them. Best thing about them is while they are setting you can engrave the date or anything you want on the back of them

buy clear bulbs and put things like glitter, and gold/silver string in them, or paint the ornaments on the outside is silver and gold designs such as stars. This is easy and cheap and when its finished it looks nice.
