allies & enemies of sri lanka?

who are the allies and enemies of sri lanka? i am referring to countries and organizations.

stating your source is appreciated but not necessary.

Military Allies: China, Pakistan, Israel, India to a certain extent, Russia, Ukraine, all of whom provide (sell) Sri Lanka mitary hardware including arms, ammunition, battle tanks, attack & transport aircraft and provide training, in order to fight tamil terrorists.

"Lip Service" allies: US, UK, including EU, who would only offer verbal support to SL efforsts in defeating terrorism, but rarely support anti-terrorist moves by Sri Lanka. Some of the countries in this list are so bigoted that they ask SL to seek peace with terrorists, while they themselves are fighting a war with Al Qaida and other extremists.
The best things the countries in this group have done may be proscribing the tamil tigers (LTTE) as a terrorist organisation and imposing travel bans for LTTE cadres.

Enemies of SL (In my opinion): Armchair peace activists all around the world who cry wolf and who cry "Human rights! Human rights!!" when the SL government cracks down on terrorism. These bigoted groups should preach to terrorists, not to elected governments fighting the global menace that is terrorism.
