Her Age 44. My sister has not been to a gyno in 5 years due to her last one moving out of state. she called me quite upset and cannot get to a gyno for at least a week since she would be a new patient

If she has a primary care physician (such as an Internal Medicine doctor) I would have her start there. They may be able to help her get in sooner although the average wait time to get in to a gyn practice is about a week or two depending on the situation.
