By far, the hardest thing to learn is "how to unlearn". Humans are designed to learn things, to match patterns together and assemble what we know into a coherent whole. Once they're assembled we like to believe that we've done a good job. It's very difficult for us to accept that we might not have fit the pieces together correctly. This requires us to admit that we don't know as much as we think we know, to accept that we might have been wrong, to let go of our certainty.
We hate that. It hurts. We're very bad at it. And yet, it is important for us to do to better understand others. Also, it's essential if we want to find the CORRECT answer to anything instead of just trying to prove that our answer is the RIGHT one.

I think that there is a lot of hard things to learn. Like learning how to love again after getting your heart broken, trust, forgiveness, lots of things like that.

A love lesson. It is crazy how we repeat ourselves in relationships that we are almost certain that are doomed from the beginning, but we still take the risk for different reasons.

Guys,the reason because they sometimes do things that i am just like what? Also they can love u one minute and the next hate u.I also don't understand how they can hurt someone they say they love and not care.
