Are these websites that claim you can make money at home just surfing the net for a few minutes a day for real or are they just a scam?

Scams! Like the old saying "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is" ... 99.9% of those ads are scams. I won't say they ALL are but I've yet to see one that isn't.
