A person can not tell by themselves.And even in Medicine it is wrong for one to declare weather a friend is or not. For being a friend or even an enemy can blind the person from the truth. There are many "crazy" conditions (as you call them) out there. Some so close that doctors are required to spend at least six months before Idling some of them.
So you can't tell yourself. Only an expert that cares can tell you the truth.

I'm aware that I'm a little crazy...but not psycho crazy, just weird crazy...I'm different from most other people.

Because people that are crazy don't know they are crazy so someone that would ask that question of themselves wouldn't realize enough to ask that of themselves
