Carnation Instant Breakfast smoothies. I like to combine ingrediants to make mocha and one I made up called Strawryrazz. It's strawberry, cherry and raspberry, and oh-so delicious.. Plus they're only like, 150 calories, they fill you up and give you energy. Plus you're not snacking on junk food mindlessly. Peace and Love!
