As long as it isn't illegal, don't worry about it.
Tit s are there for you to look at. In fact, they want you to look at them. That's why they get all dressed up and use push up bra's. Ignore what all these women say about how looking at their tit s is bad, because if they didn't want you to look, they wouldn't be getting implants, wearing tight shirts, etc. Ofcourse there are a couple of loser girls out there who are going to make a fuss, but just ignore them. They want to be single, or are lesbians and only want other dikes looking at there small boobies.

Depends on the person doing the "defining". Some people are more open with their sexuality than others. I think that looking at breasts is natural. Now if you start drooling while you look then some may call you a pervert. I think it has a lot to do with kooth. Everyone looks and everyone thinks about sex. It is just a matter of how well you hide it. If it were not for these desires than why would we procreate?

Yes, many women will call you a pervert even for the smallest things but I don't think the definition of pervert goes that far. I think it is normal for a guy to glance at women's breasts every now and then. To try to feel them up, however, would be considered an action of a pervert.
I think that the definition of a pervert (in my opinion) could be that it's a man who goes as far as molesting some women because of their own sexual desires. I know, it sounds kinda screwed but I'm sure you get the point.

There is no clear definition, its all subjective: where is the line drawn in ones mind?
What a 20 year old guy defines as "perverted" may be a far cry from what say....Edna Berch considers perverted.

If women knew how a mans mind works then we'd all be labelled perverts, its just the way things are and thats why men are happy to "cover" certain things for eachother but women backstab eachother.

To answer your question, Totally natural. To make a comment, (think you already know this...) What I think what she means was, the fact that he was doing it at work comes off as the perversion. If I saw a co worker looking at things of the intimate sort at work it would come across as slightly perverted. In the manner that it seems he could not control his urges until he was home, or in a more private place. The bodies natural Response to looking at attractive women naked is unacceptable in public places. Just as it would be if someone were looking at a porn magazine on a public bus. I'm pretty sure you already knew this, and I wasn't picking an argument. Just making a comment ^_^

"Pervert" redirects here. For the 2005 film, see Pervert!.
Perversion is a term and concept describing those types of human behavior that are perceived to be a serious deviation from what is considered to be orthodox or normal. Although it can refer to varying forms of deviation, it is most often used to decsribe sexual behaviors that are seen as abnormal or excessive. Perversion differs from deviant behavior, since the latter refers to a recognized violation of social rules or norms (although the two terms can apply to the same thing). It is often considered derogatory and in psychological literature the term paraphilia is now used instead[1], though this term is controversial.

I think the minimum requirement in order to be labeled a pervert is to put your hands on someone you don't even know, in a sexual way, e.g. a man touching a woman's breast. Words said shouldn't constitute calling someone a pervert. I think the word is overused anyway.

Exposing yourself to someone is exhibitionism, not perversion.

You are right, everyone has sexual desires. However..

One is labled pervert when sexual appitite is strong enough to cause a person to perform an action that may disturb others.

Basically a man's mind overpowers his member.
A pervert's member overpowers his mind.

It can be as small as looking at breasts or as big as raping.

In my opinion, I'd say a pervert is someone who has any kind of sexual contact with animals or children. Or a rapist.

Your picture is rather nice....... let's have a look at the front view!

it depends which type- i reckon there are people who are perverts outright, and those that dont believe they're perverts- i tell what could be considered as perverted sarcastic comments, but it doesnt make me a pervert unless i think i am.

i think perverts are people who think they're perverts, or people who generally go out of their way to oggle... looking at womens breasts, i wouldnt say so- staring, probably.
