I eat and eat and eat, all day long. I eat really healthy though, balanced meals and all, and alot af fruit. I was a smoker before I was prego and had to quit when I found out, so I think that could have something to do with the hunger. I eat normally until I am full, and then about 1 hour later my stomach is aching to be fed again. I make sur eI am full before I go to bed, but If i wake up I am starving at like 2 am. Sometimes I get so hungry I end up throwing up stomach acid. Im not really sure what to do. Thankgod he is due in 17 days...Is this normal?

Keep eating healthy and eating as much as your body/ baby demands. I think your body is far wiser than the scale or even your doctor's opinion.

As long as your glucose test was negative for gestational diabetes.... cause that will make you famished as well.

Ever since I reached my third trimester, the same thing happened to me! I am sooo starving almost all of the time. For the first 2 trimesters I could barely eat a thing and now I am really making up for it. A lot of people have an appetite increase later in pregnancy.. and in some ways, you might be replacing cigarettes with food.. which is better than smoking of course. Eat all you want, but try to make it healthy stuff.. although that can be difficult sometimes.

It may be normal. However, you may need to get a thyroid test. Your thyroid could be overactive. It will make you very hungry and lose weight.
