They look like fools running around snapping stupid photos of people walking, talking, laying in the sun, whatever. Seems so rude, why is it still allowed?

Good point! I guess freedom of the press. But perhaps some restrictions should be made.

They SHOULD start passing a law, especially, if they're the responsible party for causing other serious injury or accidents to happen to A-list celebs and other innocent bystandards. In fact, they should even be charged for invasion of privacy, AND YES there is a traffic law that prosecutes other driver's of being the cause of other accidents on the road. Not that I think all paparazzis drive while chasing a celeb down the road w/their snapping cameras, but yeah, I think the federal government should get involved and make paparazzing illegal. My thumbs up to this question.

It is rude and a complete violation of privacy but too many people take the freedom of press very seriously. I think the right to privacy is more important that the press being allowed to intrude on someones life like they do. But as long as there are people who pay to read every detail of these people's lives, there will be paparazzi around.
