Just get into some type of hobby that'll give you the confidence you need. Like on a team. Soccer..whatever. Then you'll grow close to a group of friends, and have a little more self esteem in the long run. Confidence really develps with age, you need to start loving who you are..pretty soon you won't care what anybody thinks.

Be confident in who you are. A good self esteem is the key to overcoming most paranoia's. If you do not know who you are, take time to do a self evaluation, be honest with yourself. If you don't like what you see, change it and if you do, keep it and build on that. Overall, it's not what others think about you that counts, it is what you think about yourself.

First of all, they are probably NOT all talking about you. They probably have more important things to talk about instead of you.

Second of all, you must realize that what other people say about you has nothing to do with whether or not you are a good or bad person; if people say mean things about you, it makes THEM a bad person, not you. You cannot control what crazy people say about you, but why care? They are crazy. Their opinion means nothing.

That happens to me to. I ALWAYS think people are talking about me, even my friends. But I'm going to give you a quote from Elenor Roosavelt, " Nobody can make you feel inferior without your consent."

Just stop caring. It really doesn't affect your life. (unless you let it) The only people that matter r your friends and family. Does it really matter if some jerk says something about you? NO!
