Men can procreate at almost any time in life. No, it's not too late. But, for the sake of the child, don't wait too long!

No, I don't think it is too late to have a child.
I would suggest finding a decent woman to have a child with(if you haven't already).
You don't want to have a child with just anyone...who knows what kind of situation you'll end up with.
If you want to play an active role in the child's life, I would start sooner than later at having a child. You want to be able to keep up with them!
Also, if you aren't into the "baby" phase, there are lots of nice women out there with children already who may be looking for a special someone that loves children

Nope. I had a professor in college who married a woman 10-15 years younger than him and had a baby when he was 54. Just keep in mind that you'll be really old when the baby is grown, and if your health were to fail earlier in life, your child would have to go through that. My professor got throat cancer at 58, and while he is doing well now, that's a lot for a 4 year old to deal with!

No, and you can probably do it with equipment you already have around the house!
Seriously: I'm about your age, and I just had my first. Aside from some physical challenges (I just don't bend and stretch the way I could when I was 25), it's actually not that hard. Even though it seems pretty intimidating at first.
And it's good for you: I've become decidedly less grumpy now that I have a two-month old girl living with me.
Don't let the doomsayers get you down - it can be done.

You're probably physically capable of it, Charlie Chaplin was still having kids at 73. But think about the fact that you'll be in your late 60's when the kid is just graduating high school. It's a pretty big age gap & it takes a lot of extra communication & effort to make it work.
My dad was 45 years older than I & we struggled some in that regard.

Men are lucky and don't have biological clocks ticking away like us women. Didn't Clint Eastwood father a child in his 80's? The only concern would be whether or not you are physically and mentally capable to take care of a child at your age. You will also have to deal with the fact that by the time he is in high school, you probably won't be able to teach him how to tackle, etc. Your body will always be able to father a child, but can you physically handle it until he's 18?
My mother had me at 40 and she's had numerous health problems, but I was raised to understand her limitations, which allowed us to have a wonderful bond between mother and child. Now I take care of her and I don't regret a thing.

i wouldn't say it's too late, but if you want to have children i think that you should work on finding miss right pretty quick because any child is better off with 2 parents if it's possible. who knows, maybe miss right will have kids already. if that doesn't sound good, maybe you should look into adoption, or even a seregate mother who could have a baby with your sperm and a donated egg and then give it to you to raise. good luck, i have 6 kids and they greatly enrich your life.

it's not too late, but i wouldn't wait much longer or else you'll be too old to enjoy your own children!
