I am a little concerned that my husband drinks about 4 large pegs of hard alchohol atleast 2 times a week. Is this harmful in the long run. He does act a little drunk. I have seen other guys drink the same amount and be rock steady so i am worried that he does not have the stamina to do this.
Thank you

4 or 5 alcohol free days is OK, but by a peg do you mean 2oz or 4oz, 4x 4oz is too much.

Raw garlic (minimum 3-4 cloves daily with food)...LIV 52 tablets...grated ginger in food and less sugar help.

One of my relatives has similar addiction.
